For all services availed, the client shall be responsible for providing all necessary assistance for ensuring timely delivery. Clerk iT  shall not be responsible for any delays arising out of the client's failure to provide relevant information or assistance.

Best efforts are made to ensure delivery of highest quality of translations, transcriptions & other services, however, Clerk iT shall not be responsible for any errors or delays in the same.

For any court filing, certified copy or miscellaneous services:

• The client shall be responsible for providing authorizations as required for executing the same.

• The content of the documents filed before any court, tribunal or authority is the sole responsibility of the client and Clerk iT shall not be responsible for any defects or issues arising thereof.

• For any e-filing, the client shall be responsible for providing the necessary login details to be used for filing before any court or tribunal.

All deliverables shall be handed over to the client after clearing full and final dues of Clerk iT.

Client authorizes and consents to usage of all data shared with Clerk iT for the purposes of providing the relevant services and for further improvement of services so provided.
